This release agent is professional for apply to commonly zinc alloy material , such as environmental protection 3# zinc material etc.( as electronic, hardware die casting products, zinc alloy parts, etc.)

Application:

Water-based release agent (mold release agent) is special for zinc alloy die casting. It is composed of grease,surfactant and other auxiliaries, which is a water base emulsion.It doesn’t affect the surface treatment of electroplating, spraying and baking paint, the casting surface is clean and bright, and there is not residue on the mold.
